Suddenly goes to black

Hi, I have an Nintendo 3DS from a parent and after of battling with a corrupted firmware instalation, after reinstall firmware everything was ok (or that is I supposed)

While gamming, suddenly both screens goes to black, but power tilt and wifi are on. It's very frustrating, happen every time max 30mins after power on the console. This may be a software or harware issue?

This could be a software issue or even possibly a burnt trace or something on the PCB (printed circuit board). I'll keep my eyes out for more info on this.
