Why won't my drill change directions?
When I flip the switch to change the rotation direction, the drill will continue to spin counter-clockwise.

Hi @cmackinnon, if your drill won't change direction you most likely have a problem with your rotational switch. It may be broken or disconnected from the switch on the motor that changes the drill's direction. If you check out the rotational switch guide here it should tell you how to fix it. Good Luck!
