Why can't I get my laptop to connect to the wifi
My laptop will not connect to the wifi. Any suggestions?

There are many possible problems that could be affecting you laptop connecting to the Wi-Fi. A few trouble shooting tips could be:
- Make sure your router is turned on
- If your router is turned on, try resetting it
- Make sure all wires into the router are securely in place
- Make sure the Wi-Fi on your device is turned on
- To do this press the Windows key, select settings, network & internet, Wi-Fi to check
