My unit is not processing correctly, why is that?
When I put an amount of food in the device to be processed, the device will not work.

Incorrect shredding and slicing is often the cause of packing food into the feeding chute too tightly. Try using a more gradual approach when using the device, and hopefully processing will be much better. If this is not a fix for the issue, consider replacing the cutting units in the device, being the blade and the grader.
