My s4 sim isn't registering anything
my galaxy s4 sim & sd card are not registering anything keeps saying sim not registered how do I get this problem fixed pls

maybe the connection has just come loose.

Hi, Have you tried your SIM card in another phone to prove it works or not? Have you tried another known working SIM card in your phone to see if it works or not?

Yes I have its still saying sim not registered don't know if it's mother board or sim part etc can't do anything on phone

sim does work in other phones ,it's had new sim card holder etc did have it repaired but still some how sim isn't registering still

My problem is worse with this issue since my S4 doesn't accept some GSM SIM cards while it accepts others. I think the problem is mostly related to the SIM/SD card reader. I assume the problem is linked to the width of the (golden part) in the SIM card since my S4 accepts the SIM cards with "wider golden part" and doesn't accept the SIM cards which has a small golden part.

Maybe you should consider changing the SIM/SD card reader board as per the answer below.
