3 Why isn't my device turning on?
Every time I go to turn on my Samsung Moment, nothing happens. I hold down the power key and wait for it to power-on but it doesn't.

It is possible that the battery is either dead and in need of charge, or damaged and unable to charge. First try plugging your phone into the charger, but if this doesn't work, you may have to replace the battery.
