No sound - on iTunes, Music, games etc.?
My son thught it was speekers only as all apllications will open.

Go under the Apple in the upper left hand corner to system preferences. Click on sound and see if it has been turned down or muted.

At the very top of the keyboard you will find the volume controls... Mute, Volume Down and Volume Up as indicated by the F3, F4 and F5 Keys. Make sure that you have nothing plugged into the headphone jack. Make sure that your Bluetooth Sound is off. If you cannot hear a Bong sound when you first start your computer your Speaker settings are either muted or there is something severely wrong with your sound unit inside your computer.
