Fans are running faster.
Hello. I had been using my Mac about two weeks ago and then fans started to run at full performance immediately while i was browsing on the web. Luckily i have Windows 10 and Mac OS installed on the computer. Because on the Mac OS side, i am not able to boot it. I can not even pass the login screen due to slowness. But i can boot Windows 10 and use it with low performance.
Cases you should know:
- Hardware test error code: 4SNS/1/C0000008:THSP--124
- Mac OS has not even been booted since that day.
- Windows 10 is bootable but runs with 1/3 performance even though CPU usage is 2-3%.
- I had my Mac's motherboard repaired before.
I have done the hardware test and according to my researches, there is a problem with the temperature sensor. So i think computer thinks that CPU is getting so hot, then slows down the CPU and runs fans at full performance. I am still searching what the problem is. If you share your opinions, you make me happy.

while i was buying mac, I bought an extra term of guaranty (similar to AppleStore's) from local tech shop. Apple's 2 years of warranty was ended so i had to give it to same tech shop and they sent it to be repaired, I have no idea where it is but probably it was not the official technical service. this was about 7-8 months ago by the way.
the reason was; my friend set on mac and then it started to show similar current reactions (fan speed, freezing etc.) Hardware test diagnosed a motherboard issue. Afterwards i sent it. although not yet certain I think they changed the motherboard. I dont know the details.
