Paper Jam but there isn't anything jammed.

Printer keeps saying theres a paper jam but I've looked through the whole thing & I don't see anything in there at all. Any buttons I try to push on it just beeps at me & doesn't do anything. Including the power button. It won't shut off when I push it. I have to unplug it to get it to shut off. But when I plug it back in & it comes back on, it says paper jam again. I tried taking out the ink & print head & putting them back in but it didn't change anything. Also, it keeps saying its offline, on my Windows 7 computer. If anyone could Please help, I would really, really appreciate it.
