No power Lenovo H420 PC
I'm suspicious of the power box, so how do I order a new one and change it myself?

You need to get the power supply tested. "No power" is not necessarily a power supply. It could be the motherboard. You can get an inexpensive power supply tester from Ebay and check the power supply.
If it is the power supply it is fairly straight forward. You can pick up a power supply at Best Buy or somewhere like that. A youtube search will show how to replace a power supply.

I picked up a power supply for 20 bucks on amazon.
