My phone freezes up, but it text and call random people. I can't do anything without button pressing or it cutting off by itself. How can I fix that if I already did a factory reset twice and it's still doing it.

Looks like is a defective digitizer. You need to find a repair shop that takes care of Blu phone or go with your warranty if you have.
