2 Why aren't my pictures transferring to my computer?
I am trying to transfer pictures over to my computer, but my camera and SD card are not showing up on my computer.

There are a few reasons pictures may not transfer to your computer. If you are trying to transfer the photos by directly plugging in the SD card, two possible reasons are
- The SD card is not inserted properly in the SD card slot on your computer
- The SD card contacts are dirty
If you are connecting the camera by a USB cable, two possible reasons the pictures are not transferring are
- The USB cable is not properly connected
- The connections are blocked by debris
Some solutions for the SD card problem are
- Ensure the SD card is inserted properly. Depending on your reader a portion may still be exposed
- Clean the SD card contacts by gentle cleaning them with a small amount of rubbing alcohol
- If you feel that the problem is with the camera not reading the SD card, please refer to the troubleshooting guide
Some solutions for the USB cable problem are
- Ensure the USB cable is plugged in the appropriate port on the camera and on your computer
- Unplug the USB cable from the computer, and replug it in back into the computer
- Check to make sure that there is no debris in the ports on the camera or computer and clean them out if necessary

camera works fine - card transfers over to the photoshop wherever that is - but does not show for 2019. all other photo are there -
I think it is with the camershop I do not know who develops them on my computer but they come outperfect. They are just not listed for 2019 on my listing on m y computer...…..so therefore, I cannot add to an email???????
