I need a repair facillity. Installing new battery doesn't work.
After installing new battery, it still doesn't charge. Is there a place I can send it for repair?

Please give us more information on what it will and won't do, why you replaced the battery, where you got the battery. Has it been damaged or did it drink to much.

It just didn't work. Wouldn't take a charge. Thought a new battery might do the trick but it didn't. I have several movies on that Nexus so really want to get it going. Been dead a long, long time. I got the new battery from IFIXIT - ordered online. I had a little trouble getting the old battery out and one of those little pins it plugs into broke off. Could that be the problem?
