problemas con el password

hola amigos necesito de su ayuda con el siguiente problema , resulta que hace unos días formateo mi computadora (laptop LENOVO MODELO G480), esta tenía dos Password, una para el setup y otra para el inicio de Windows , entonces se me ocurrió deshabilitar ambos Password , pero en lugar de ponerles caracteres alfanuméricos , solo le di ENTER (SIGUIENTE) con el teclado, al momento de reiniciarse la computadora me volvió a pedir la contraseña del setup, y desde ese momento comenzaron mis problemas porque no me acepta el ENTER(siguiente), como la clave del Password , e probado con deshabilitar las baterías de respaldo por un determinado tiempo, e reseteado la maquina pulsando por un tiempo el botón de ON/OF y nada. he visto muchos videos de uno y otro país y nada yo sé que esto le habrá pasado a alguien y que la solución está muy cerca , si tú la sabes ayúdame por favor te lo agradeceré
