power button not working
The power button is unresponsive. It has to be pressed extremely hard and held down for awhile before it responds

More than likely the button on the inside of the unit has become dislodged on one side and may need to be replaced. Basically you won't know for sure till the unit has been opened but there is no way to fix it from the outside of the unit.
