Where to get a replacement plastic standoff for the back cover?

I took off the back cover today to fix the creaking of the case and to also clean the laptop fans a bit, however upon taking the back cover off one of the plastic standoffs on internal of the laptop broke off (looks very flimsy). It seems like a minor part but nonetheless I'd like to get a replacement if possible, but I'm not sure where to begin searching for this part?
