re-installing OS X Yosimite
i recently Sold my Macbook. i un installed the OS X as i have in the past, but when i try and connect to the Apple Store it keeps saying
"This item is temporarily Unavailable, Try again Later"
this happens every time i try and RE-Install. Please help

How did you do this uninstall? How are you trying to connect? Did you erase the drive?

i uninstalled it using the Disk Utility but when i go to the Reinstall option i get the error message "This item is temporarily Unavailable, Try again Later"
