Whenever a call is connected on my device, the other person in the conversation either has difficulty hearing what I say, or my end of the conversation is full of static. I have updated the firmware, but the problem persists.

The device may be low on power. Insure that the device is fully charged; if the
problem persists the microphone or the microphone circuitry has
malfunctioned. This can be resolved by access the Plantronics Voyager
Legend microphone replacement guide.

I can hear but others can't hear me with my Bluetooth legend now. PLEASE HELP ME!!! I LOVE IT SO MUCH, I CAN'T GIVE IT UP EVER.

if i make a call then other person revived the call the he can't hear.... we are just hear beeping sound... i don't know what is the problem.... pleas help me
