Trying to replace receiver cable, need help identifying the adapter.

So my dog chewed on the cable of the Xbox 360 controller receiver, and now it short circuits and my Mac cuts off power to all USB devices. I disassembled the receiver and unplugged the cable from the board. The cable looks like this:

Could someone please help me identifying it so I can purchase a replacement? Thank you.
