SM-T230 Tab 4 LCD Fused?

Has anybody repaired one of these yet?

I looked at the videos/ordered the digitizer and found it's not fused on the model mentioned but when I was repairing it the LCD was attached to the digitizer.

It's the same model so I'm confused.

Has anybody has the same with this model?
