Bonjour, si la machine a été achetée en France chez LDLC, j'imagine que vous parlez français. Nous n'avons jamais rencontré un tel problème sur nos W253EU avec Ubuntu 12.04 ou 14.04 LTS. Si votre machine est sous Windows, essayez de la démarrer avec un OS Ubuntu 14.04 sur une clé livre USB...
