Turkey I appreciate your response but clearly I am hoping a real customer from HK/China to answer this question. Isn't this the reason why this forum is set up for?

Did you mean that you would like to ship battery from China or HK to your country? or you want to ship battery to China or HK?
Of course, you can do it if you find a right forwarder.
