1 Why won't the power, low battery, and/or volume lights turn on?
No matter what I try, the LED lights on the device will not turn on. How do I resolve this issue?

When the baby unit is powered by batteries, there is not sufficient power for the parent unit to perform normally. Try replacing the two AAA alkaline batteries with newer ones.
