Yellow-ish screen with lines after reassembling the logic board

My screen looks yellow-ish in color, and is not bright enough, and I also see white vertical lines on it. This happened when I reassembled the logic board and reconnected the monitor data cable.

I'm quite sure I plugged the data cable very deeply till the end...

When removing the logic board, I had accidentally strapped off the gray tissue piece off the cable, and also a little bit of the black electric tape has fell down from near the screw. Could this be the problem?
