My microphone isn't working?!?

First, check to see if the mute button was accidentally turned on . Do this by pressing the "mute" button on the audio adapter and speaking directly into the microphone. If this doesn't work, make sure the microphone is firmly attached to the left speaker on the headset. If the issue persists, you might have a faulty microphone. To replace it, refer to the (microphone replacement guide for the Turtle Beach Ear Force XO Four), or buy another microphone.
