Possible? Yes. Replace it and see if that is what is causing this.

ilyesbouira, these messages are usually displayed because an individual component has gone bad. When the phone starts it runs a quick self check of all the systems, and when it encounters an error it displays error messages like this. It is common to see those on water damaged phones as well as phones with tore power flex, loose or broken compass, proximity sensor, cameras etc. you will have to take a close look at all the parts. start your phone up with a minimum of peripheries connected. I'd opt for just the display and the lightning port. Then re-evaluate by adding one component at a time.

Hello ! The iPhone has started like a charm this morning ! but the Touch Screen do not work and when the iPhone is confronted to a little choc (like put it in the table) it's powering off and I've Re-Started it with the weird message ! It can be the screen ?

Yes it can be. Anything that does not "answer" the self check during startup can cause this.

I replaced a screen on a iPhone 5 and had the same error. I pulled the screen back off and removed and reset the display cables and it went away. I have checked with my customer at least 4 times since the repair and she has not had any problems. At the worst replace the screen assembly.

If a repair technician replaced the screen and it is acting like this why isn't he fixing it under warranty?

When I have seen this error in the past, it has been a bad front camera/sensor flex.

This is almost certainly bad front camera flex from a replacement screen that came with all the small components pre-installed. That is very common. It is always better to have your installer transfer your original front cam/proximity sensor instead of using third party parts.
