I was playing Call of Duty and I got hit by a grenade but received no rumble from the controller. I know from previous experience that there should normally be a rumble effect when a grenade hits. How do I resolve this issue?

Sorry that hear that your kill streak was ended but it sounds like the motors that cause vibration are dead. You can follow our Vibration Motor Replacement guide to once again feel the impact of a grenade.
