2 Why does my Lg Watch Urbane's power not last as long anymore?
The LG Watch battery does not last as long as it used to. How Can I improve my battery functionality?

First, check in the settings for the brightness of your screen. Lowering the brightness could help you save power.
Second, if that does not work, make sure the software is updated. Check your "wear" app for software updates.
Last, if these two do not work, there is a chance your battery is dead, You will have to buy a new battery and replace it. You will probably have to contact the watch manufacture.

I get the battery up to 100% but as soon a sit gets to 96% it shuts off
