5 Why can't my remote pair with my entertainment system?
My remote can't connect to my entertainment system, despite the battery and the remote working just fine.

There are several reasons why the remote may not connect to other devices. Check to see if the hub is active and working properly. Try moving electronics away from the hub and diverting light that may be interfering with the signal. See the Logitech Harmony Ultimate Troubleshooting page for more information if problems persist.
