Scatty Sam sung tablet!

whether in app or on internet. when I click on search or link. won't go directly to answer/page anymore. Question box with do you want to use Google or chrome...even when I'm on PayPal or amazon or anything you care to think of...what's going on?

eg. Previously, when on Kindle I could go between shop or cloud. Now it asks if I want to open it...when I'm using it! Also on Google search...if I click on something, it asks if I want to open using Internet or chrome!!!????
