Why is my internet not running with the help of wifi

Same with me even it has 802.11 b/g/n wifi standards, but today it got connected with mixromax's service center in udaipur which was having 19 mbps link speed. It has issues with hotspot too my lapy got turned off 3 times i connected with the phone with an error. Not shareit not xender nothing is working. I got this phone on 19 sept so now m returning this product hope it will work in my new set :(

why should xender & shareit not support in my phone

And the trick that works here is that you have to try to enable the data connection on your phone and when you fail just restart your phone and wait for sometime till full range of the mobile network is show on your phone and then you should try again to enable the data pack.This time you will have no difficulty.
