I dropped my phone
i dropped my phone and it only turns on when plugged in, then when it turns on it will not get service or pick up the wireless internet. how do i go about fixing this?

It is possible that the battery came disconnected or was damaged in the drop. I would start with a new battery to see if you can get the phone powered on without being connected to the charger and go from there.

The battery being bad would possibly change your date and time settings the time and date must be correct to work properly.
