My MicroSD CardSlot not working properly

The microsd card slot is not working properly

whenever i put the card inmicrosd card slot there were notifications in notfctn panels like-

1. SD card not working properly

2. SD card removed

3.Preparing SD Card

4.SD card removed unesspetically

5. SD card corrupted ......

After Every 2 or 3 mins

i have tried so many sd cards new, old but every time it says ........
