Names of people are not appearing when someone is calling me

Names of the people who are saved in my phone sometimes doesn´t appear on the screen, just their phone number, so I don´t know who is calling me. Also, sometimes I can´t end my calls, becouse the screen gets black, so others need to cancel the call.
