Washer stopped in middle of cycle
It is on the rinse cycle but won't drain old water out?

Stacey, when a washing machine won't drain, there's is always a possibility that the drain filter is clogged. The drain filter is designed to catch lint, stuff left in pockets and all the other things that find their way into the washer (even socks etc:-) Your Whirlpool washer may have a drain pump filter. If so they are usually easily to access and check it. Before you go to check the filter, take a look at the drain hose behind the washer to ensure it isn't kinked or otherwise obstructed.

washer stopped in the middle of cycle door is locked light keeps flashing , its not doing any thing else . Ineed my clothes .help,

My whirlpool did the same thing so I replaced the door lid switch. It cost me less than $10 on eBay, I then watched a video on you tube on how to do it and it was a 10 minute job, good luck!

Do you have power on the machine? Any code blinking? Can you advance the program?

Yes it has power. It is not digital so can't program. If I put it on rinse or spin cycle it does nothing. If I put it back in wash cycle it will rotate
