Leave it on charge for a while if dead 0% let it get to like 6% then try booting into Android O.S Works a lot of the times, try it with sdcard removed also sometimes works.
i have the same problem and then now the phones screen would not show let alone boot. it keeps telling me of viruses over and over again... i dont know how to hard reset it too... i need an expect to help me out

I have the same problem, the only thing is that , the loop doesnt stop and i cant turn on the phone
i really need to know my blu dash x plus will not move from boot screen
Leave it on charge for a while if dead 0% let it get to like 6% then try booting into Android O.S Works a lot of the times, removing sdcard sometimes resolves this also.
