Why wont the phone turn on after cleaning logic board

After my iphone 5s received water damage I put it in rice and it seemed to do the trick. Everything was working fine except for my network was always searching even with the sim card out. I tried resetting the network settings and doing a hard reset but both of those did not work. I decided to take it apart and clean the logic board with 70% isopropyl alcohol. I soaked the logic board in the alcohol for 1 minute and used a tooth brush to clean all of the connections. I used canned air and dried the logic board. After I put everything back together the screen came up with lines everywhere and then went black after about 10 seconds. It will now not turn on or do anything, does anyone know what I should do?
