Replace 1 GB memory module with 4 GB?

I have a 2.13 GHz MacBook5,2 (mid 2009) with 2 - 1 GB, 800 MHz memory modules. Would there be a problem if I replaced one of the modules with a PC2-6400 4GB module (IF111-038-1) for a total of 5GB of memory?

If it's the regular first gen macbooks it will take up 6gb and PC2-6400 will work fine.
