I replaced the battery in my IPhone 4 with the IFix kit. Followed the instructional video to the letter. Turned the phone back on and nothing happened. Installed the charger assuming the new battery was dead. White Apple icon appeared and never disappeared. Replaced old battery and the phone works just doesn't hold a charge. Did I get a bad new battery?
Please advise.

RichardBrown19, if it works with the old battery but not the new one, you know you have a bad battery. Notify ifixit on here and I am sure they will take care off it.
