Can I change the frames between LOCKED Iphone and UNLOCKED Iphone?
Would it effect the signals and the reception on the devices?

If you mean the housing, then yes, you can change that, it will only affect the signal etc. if it is a poor quality replacement. :-)

Do you mean locked as in password locked? Anyways, which iPhone is it? If they're the same phones, yes it's possible. The iphone 4s and up are all the same designs. Just swap the motherboard, unless something else is damaged.
