restart and need charging

for my bad luck i downloaded (wp build 10) so after that my lumia became so heavy and frozen a lot and i had to restart the phone like 4 times at least a day ... so till yesterday it was working fine . but it now need charge and when i connect it to the charger it won't response and keep restarting so i try another battery and another charger and it won't work . so is it about software ?

or hardeware ?

or some thing else

and i tried to put a piece of paper ander the bettary sensors but it doesn't work either
