my head lights on my 2001 ford escape are all messed up left low beam is one dull and right head light is on high beam then i i put hi beam on they go very deam

oscar, could be a bulb situation. Replace those first. If that does not change anything, check the hi-beam relay and the wiring (bad ground). This shows how to change the bulbs.
