All time the Vizio E320AR TV is in operation, the screen appears to vibrate. I think someone else mentioned flicker. The sensation never changes, hot or cold.
As of now, I haven't checked anything out. I haven't even opened the unit up yet.

Paul, could be a T-con board error. Also easily possible that one or more of the caps on your power board have failed. Take some high res images of your board and post it with your question. Use this guide for that.
