What are the name to the components that go in these slots?
The lcd on my Iphone 4s doesnt want to work because I am missing these components but idk how to find or where to buy them.

Desi Ortega, those are all 90ohm 50mA TCM0605-900-2P TDK filter chokes. As in where to buy, that may greatly depend on where you are. I'd check Mouser.com Digikey.com or Farnell.com
