I've changed the display of my apple iphone 5s and after replacement of this display the volume up button don't work anymore. Why ?? the display sitting right in housing :o

Did you take the battery out? You might have damaged the volume flex which is underneath the battery.

No, i dont take battery out, but i have the solution ;) My fail :D

Yes, the problem was electrostatic charge (short circuit). :/
