Bluetooth problem after screen replacement

Hi everyone,

I changed my screen, there were no problems, but during reassembly I changed the screws fixing the cap for the screen connectors.

I changed the lower left with the lower right, and on the lower left side I felt a resistance while screwing.

I then realized my mistake and changed the screws into their correct order.

Since then I cannot make phonecalls in my car.

I can listen to music via Bluetooth, I can control the iPhone via car's controls, even the cars microphone does work, but cannot hear the audio from the phonecall.

Do you have any ideas what could have happened
