I left to go buy a game at game stop when I came back home I saw my Xbox on the floor when I picked it up I turned it on then the red ring showed it didn't turn it stayed green for 3 seconds then red Ring I got mad I had it for 3 weeks can u help me fix it

Someone or something broke it by shock damage.... Since you've only had it three weeks you may be able to get a replacement at Xbox support... If not open it and see if anything cracked or something...
