My Screen wont fit onto the motherboard

I have a I545 Screen, which matches the original broken screen, for some reason the lcd cable wont line up correctly and fit into the socket. The motherboard is i545. Any suggestions?

is the new screen already installed and glued on the phone? if so, plug in the screen to the motherboard first (before screwing in the motherboard. Sometimes the lcd cable is not in the right spot and wont connect to the board
