battery draining issue media built in app won't close

Sir, im having trouble with my xperia z C6603.

there is an built in app called media (included packages: download manager,memory, media storage and downloads)

this app is set itself to keep awake and draining my battery up to 40% usage. I can't force it off because of the button is faded. please do reply.

i guess it is sign of malware/ virus infection or apk malfunction. i suggest you to reset the device and check the application status as you check in above.
