Can a wifi iPad3 be converted to cellular?
I have a 3rd generation iPad with wi-fi only. Can it be converted to use Cellular, as well?

I don't believe you can. The wifi-only models do not have the proper antenna hardware to receive cellular data. This is why the cost of the iPads with cellular access are a little more money, to cover the cost of the internals.
